Information we collect

Account information: name, company, email and phone number for dealer accounts.
Processor data: technical health data reported by enrolled processors, such as model, firmware, CPU load, uptime, program information and diagnostic logs.
Customer site details: the site names and addresses a dealer enters.
Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

To provide and support the service, show each dealer their own processors, send service and billing messages, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with providers that run the service (for example Cloudflare for hosting and Stripe for payments), or when required by law.

Security and retention

Data is sent over HTTPS, and each processor uses its own access token. We keep account data while your account is active and delete it on request after cancellation, unless we must keep billing records by law.
