Terms of Service

These terms apply to services provided by Bright Integration ("we", "us"), including the Processor Monitor dashboard subscription at dash.brightintegration.com and integration programming work. By creating an account or paying for a service you agree to these terms.

1. Processor Monitor subscription

Processor Monitor is offered to AV dealers and integrators. The price is $99 USD per enrolled processor per month. Subscriptions renew automatically each month and are charged to the payment method on file through our payment processor, Stripe. Adding a processor adds it to your subscription; removing one stops future charges for it.

2. Accounts

Dealer accounts are reviewed and approved by us before activation. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the actions taken under your account, including remote reboots you request.

3. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel anytime. Cancellation, refunds and billing disputes are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

4. Integration and programming work

Project work is performed under a written quote that states the scope, price and payment schedule. Changes to scope are quoted separately before the work is done.

5. Acceptable use

You may only enroll processors you or your customer own or are authorized to manage. You may not attempt to access other dealers' data or interfere with the service.

6. Service availability

We work to keep the service available at all times, but monitoring depends on internet connectivity at each site and on third party providers. Processor Monitor is a support tool and is not a life safety or security alarm system.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a subscription is limited to the amount you paid for that subscription in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Promotions

Any promotion, discount or free trial will be stated in writing with its own terms at the time it is offered. No promotions are currently offered.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
